Anastessia Bettas

Anastessia Bettas is a Toronto based artist whose abstract work examines landscapes and cartography.
Bettas has exhibited her work in commercial and public galleries in Canada and the USA winning numerous accolades. Her “District” painting is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Encaustic Art in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

She was featured in Elaine Fleck's Contemporary Art Magazine as an emerging artist to watch. Bettas’ work was recently shown at the Atlantic Gallery in New York City. Her work is available at Propeller Gallery in Toronto where she is a top selling artist and at Cube Gallery in Ottawa. Bettas is a graduate of McGill University, University of Toronto and the Toronto School of Art (TSA) with a formal education in art history, fine arts and eMarketing. She has been using encaustic for over 10 years and was taught by Nicole Collins, Mona Shahid and Shawna Moore. Please visit
