I am Inspired by colour as a formative power and currently work in three streams.
I create landscapes in oil , Inner landscapes on paper and sculptural paintings.
I began pursuing painting and philosophy at York University. An interest in form and image then led to a degree in ceramics at the Ontario College of Art in Toronto. Scholarships to the Banff Centre for the Arts led to creating sculptural paintings in clay, paper and wood. From there I have been pursuing a love of teaching and working with art as a healing force as an adult educator.
My work reflects an interest in the processes of metamorphosis and transformation which is shared with all living beings.
My paintings are held in many private collections and I am currently seeking a gallery for representation .
